Cancellations or booking changes made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
After 2 appointment changes or cancellations Skinspect will require a pre-payment for the appointment.

We seek to educate and empower our patients, so you can learn what to look for and how to protect both yourself and your loved ones.
A full body skin check only needs to be done once a year, and can give you the confidence of knowing your concerns are being monitored, and anything suspicious is looked into.
If this is your first visit with us, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out the new patient consent form, and check our FAQs for details on what to wear, what to expect, and what happens after your visit.
We strongly encourage you to ask questions, point out any moles or lesions of concern, and let us know if there is something specific that is worrying you.
For your comfort, we offer a robe to wear during the appointment, so you only have to reveal small areas of skin at any one time. If you’d prefer to have a support person join you in the room, we have an extra chair to accommodate this.
