Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:
To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all of our patients, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy:
- 24-Hour Notice is Key: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another patient.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee.
- Repeated Changes: If you need to change or cancel your appointments more than twice, we will kindly ask for a prepayment to secure your future bookings.

Your Comfort is our Priority
We seek to educate and empower our patients, so you can learn what to look for and how to protect both yourself and your loved ones.
It is recommended that a full body skin check is completed once a year. Have the confidence of knowing your skin is being monitored and anything suspicious is looked into.
If this is your first visit with us, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out the new patient consent form, and check our FAQs for details on what to wear, what to expect and what happens after your visit.
We strongly encourage you to ask questions, point out any moles or lesions of concern and let us know if there is something specific that is worrying you.
For your comfort, we offer a robe to wear during the appointment, so you only have to reveal small areas of skin at any one time. If you’d prefer to have a support person join you in the room, we have an extra chair to accommodate this.
