Acceptance of Terms
1.0. Contract to purchase
When you book our services via whatever means you enter into a contract to purchase the Product according to the terms and conditions below. We ask all new patients to complete a Patient Consent Form.
2.0. Payment methods
We may accept these payment methods: EFTPOS, credit card, cash, bank transfer.
3.0. Price
The price payable for Skinspect services may be on our website or if not then can be confirmed following your booking request via confirmation letter or email. Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to change the price without notice, so long as the price is agreed to by both parties before the completion of the appointment.
4.0. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
4.1. Notice Requirements:
All requests for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment must be made with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
4.2. Cancellation Fees:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total service cost.
In the event of a “no-show” (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice), the client will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the total service cost. This fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file or added to the client’s next invoice.
4.3. Excessive Appointment Changes:
Skinspect reserves the right to require a full prepayment for any future appointments if a client has made two (2) or more appointment changes (reschedules or cancellations) within a rolling twelve (12) month period.
Such prepayment will be non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or for subsequent no-shows, in accordance with clause 4.2.
4.4. Waiver
Skinspect may, at its sole discretion, waive the application of cancellation fees in extenuating circumstances. Any such waiver does not set a precedent for future cancellations or no-shows.
5.0. Events beyond our control
We will not be liable for any failure, or delay in providing our services in the event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Such events or circumstances may include but are not limited to: systems or network access issues, hardware failure, and logistical issues, however, we will make every effort to fix the fault or issue as quickly as possible or arrange another appointment date if necessary once the issues have been fixed.
6.0. Amendments
We may vary our terms and conditions at any time, by publishing new terms and conditions. Any bookings made after this time are subject to the new terms and conditions. Please contact us to obtain up-to-date terms.
Offers From time to time Skinspect may offer special offers or discounts. These are for a limited time only and the time frame is typically stated within the offer. Special offers are subject to change without notice and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. You may be asked to use a promo code to receive an offer. If the offer or promo code is not used/disclosed to us at the time of booking we do not guarantee the offer/discount will be able to be applied.
